Can I use Express simply for listing properties on my website?
Yes - for an additional charge (from £10pm depending upon requirements) we can provide you with an interactive list of your properties, which you can place on your existing website, using a link or IFRAME. Help can be given with this. It is very straightforward. Alternatively, if you have more experience we can provide you with an XML file which can then be used to list your properties in any format that you like.Do you have any example websites that integrate with your software or that you have designed?

Yes, for lettings agency, but not for property management.Can Express be used for Overseas Agency?
Yes - there is a specially configured overseas version with multiple currencies.Can Express be used for Investment properties?

Yes - Try our residential agency version (www.expressagent.co.uk) if you want residential properties or residential and commercial combined.What are the payment options?
You can either pay by credit card / debit card and your payment will be taken automatically each month via the leading and secure Worldpay online payment system or you can pay for 12 months by cheque. If you use the online payment system the amount is deducted monthly from your card. You can cancel at any time in the future although all payments already taken can not be refunded. Yes, there is an administration section where you can make changes to the setup, add standard letters and so on.Can I use the system as a database for mailing?
Yes. You can mail contacts by email, letter or labels. Contacts can be chosen manually, or from a search by contact type or from a match of their requirements stored in the system.Can property information be exported to the leading property portals?
Yes. We charge £5 per month per portal. We can send to Estates Gazette, Primelocation, Rightmove, Property Finder and Findaproperty. If the portal is not already on our list it can usually be added, but there may be a time delay.Can I use this software to create a portal or agency network?
Yes - but usually in conjunction with our Enterprise Agent system. Multiple branches can log in via Express and they will only see their own properties and contacts, but as an administrator you can see information from all branches.Can I host the software myself?
Whilst this is possible, it is not usually practical unless you are buying a lot of licenses.Where is the information stored and how secure is it?
The information is stored on high powered servers in a secure, professional hosting environment. We do not use shared servers and all information is backed up off site to a remote location on a daily basis. Caldes have been running this software since 1999 without any loss of data.What is the service level agreement (SLA)?
Caldes servers are monitored by an independent server monitoring system and have a proven track record of over 99.99% uptime since 1999.Who owns the data and can I get it back out?
The data is always yours and can never be used by us. If you decide to leave the software we can export the data for you, so long as you have been using the system for more than 3 months.News
